Project summary
Concise Media Group needed an interactive event app for its client, Cushman & Wakefield, to support delegates before and during a major company event. I customised and developed the application from an existing platform, delivering a branded experience that brought event information, presentations and interactive features together in one place.
The brief
Cushman & Wakefield wanted to provide delegates with an interactive event experience that could be used both before and during the event.
The app needed to combine essential event information with presentations, messaging and audience participation, all within an intuitive interface tailored to the client's brand.
With a tight delivery schedule, the solution also needed to make effective use of an existing application framework rather than being developed entirely from scratch.
The approach
I worked from Concise's existing event application and customised both its interface and functionality for Cushman & Wakefield.
The finished app brought together the event's key content and interactive features, including agendas, attendee information, messaging, presentations, live polling, Q&A and feedback.
By building on the existing platform, I was able to focus development on the client's specific requirements and branding while working within the project's tight timescale.
The result
The application was delivered in time for the event and provided delegates with a single digital experience for accessing information and participating throughout the programme.
Following its successful delivery, I was commissioned to develop further event applications for Concise Media Group and its clients.

Other client apps
Following the Cushman & Wakefield project, I developed additional event apps for clients including Ernst & Young, Havas New York and First Protocol.
Each implementation adapted the underlying platform to the individual event, client brand and content requirements.
